Surely, though, if you had a blog, and posted an entry about your brand new toilet, and that you were going to be using the toilet that night, and that you were looking forward to the experience of using said toilet, you'd *expect* to get a comment that said, "So, did you enjoy using your new toilet that you were looking forward to using?"
Would you then cry foul and insist that discussing your bowel movements is inappropriate even when it was you who brought them up in the first place?
